The president of the Ghana Football Association, Kwesi Nyantakyi, was released on bail after five hours of interrogation, but was transferred through a back door.
This comes after the president ordered the Criminal Department of the Ghanaian Police Service to arrest the first vice president of the CAF for defrauding people with false pretenses.

Nyantakyi has declared his desire to help the Ghanaian police in their investigations.
His arrest follows an investigation by an undercover reporter, Anas Aremeyaw Anas.
However, personalities such as Kennedy Agyapong, Osei Kweku Palmer, lawyer Kweku Eyiah were all at the Police Headquarters to show their solidarity.
